Free Return Shipping
For U.S. customers, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to issue a return shipping label free of charge. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your artwork using our Contact page. Be sure to include your order number and the reason you are returning your artwork to us. Our customer service department will contact you via email within 2-4 business days of receiving your request.
Shipping
All orders placed before 11:30 AM Pacific Time on business days are normally processed and shipped the same day from California, with exception of U.S. public holidays and weekends.
U.S. Shipping: Artwork is delivered to customers within 1-5 business days via FedEx.
Canada Shipping: Framed silk embroidery art is delivered within 2-7 business days via FedEx. Unframed artwork is shipped via USPS Express, Priority, or First Class services.
International Shipping: Currently only unframed (soft-mounted) silk embroidery art can be shipped internationally. Orders are delivered via USPS Express, Priority, or First Class services.
Return Policy
Within 14 days of receiving your artwork, you may request to return it in its original condition and packaging for a refund. Please initiate a return using our Contact Page and include your order number and the reason you are returning your artwork to us. Please note that all returns must be first authorized by the Art of Silk Customer Support team. Returns must be sent to Art of Silk within 14 days from when receiving return authorization and the original sales invoice must be included in the return package. Art of Silk is not responsible for missing packages; shipping artwork via a traceable method is recommended. Artwork that has been altered or damaged will not be accepted. A refund will be issued for 100% of the purchase price, less shipping chipping charges for the original order. For international orders, refunds will not include any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. Returns are processed within 2-4 weeks of receipt of the returned artwork.
