At Art of Silk we continuously strive to offer the highest quality of service. We stand behind the quality and authenticity of each of our silk embroidery artworks.
All orders are processed and shipped from California within 3 business days after your order has been placed.
U.S. Shipping: Artwork is delivered to customers within 1-5 business days via USPS or FedEx after your order ships.
International Shipping: Only unframed (soft-mounted) silk embroidery art can be shipped internationally and is normally delivered in 10-25 business days after your order ships via USPS Express, Priority, or First Class services.
Within 14 days of receiving your artwork, you may request to return it in its original condition and packaging for a refund. Please initiate a return using our Contact Page and include your order number and the reason you are returning your artwork to us. Please note that all returns must be first authorized by the Art of Silk Customer Support team. Returns must be sent to Art of Silk within 14 days from when receiving return authorization and the original sales invoice must be included in the return package. Art of Silk is not responsible for missing packages; shipping artwork via a traceable method is recommended. Artwork that has been altered or damaged will not be accepted. A refund will be issued for the purchase price, less shipping chipping charges for the original order. For international orders, refunds will not include any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. Returns are processed within 2-4 weeks of receipt of the returned artwork.
Please note that returned items that do now follow the guidelines above may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
